態使用研究(英文版)》運用Fleischman等人的時態敘
事理論，提出時態分析三維框架，同時采用語料庫的
方法，基於自建《紐約時報》新聞報道語料庫，對英
語新聞報道中的時態使用狀況進行了深入而細致的定
量定性研究，發現了新聞報道中時態的使用特征和功
能，為觀察新聞類文本的時態使用提供了不同的視角
。本研究顯示，時態的功能與動詞類型、時態所處文
本位置密不可分，時態不僅局限於指涉時間，而且發
揮重要的語篇和元語言功能。時態使用的新聞文體特
征分析，為研究時態與動詞類型的關繫、時態聚類以
及時態的語篇功能嘗試了新的思路。
