張玲主編的這本《物流英語》分為三個部分：第
一部分為物流基礎知識，分為10個單元，以基本的物
流活動為主線，涵蓋了物流繫統中各環節的專業英語
知識，具體包括物流概述、運輸、倉儲管理、庫存控
制、包裝、配送、信息技術、采購、第三方物流和逆
向物流及供應鏈管理的基本知識；第二部分為相關的
商務信函，具體包括商務信函的基本結構、商務信函
的電子形式和相關物流商務信函實例；第三部分是常
用的國際物流單證範例。物流基礎知識部分的每個單
元都包含呼應本單元主題的專業術語以及聽、說、讀
、寫、譯等學習和訓練內容，全方位培養和提高學生
的物流英語應用能力，突出高等職業教育的特點。
本書可作為高職院校物流專業英語教材，也可作
為物流從業人員自學的材料。
