由葉雲屏主編的《理工專業通用學術英語(應用
篇)/北京理工大學明精計劃學術叢書》進入以學術論
文為核心的學術語類教學。第l一4單元側重立項申請
報告、技術報告、學術論文和文獻綜述四種主要學術
語類的宏觀特征教學，便於學生了解這些語類的共性
與差異、語篇布局的嚴密性以及語篇各組成部分在整
體結構中的作用。第5—9單元分別是對研究論文各組
成部分的閱讀與寫作方法的強化教學。閱讀和聽力教
學材料題材豐富多樣，但語篇體裁和語體特征集中。
教學活動從細讀典型文本人手，圍繞學術研究中提出
問題、分析問題、解決問題的過程展開，激發學生提
出創造性研究問題，使語言能力和思維能力同時得到
訓練和發展。
