成人《英語》教材編寫組編著的《英語2（第3版）（非英語專業專科用）》，保留了《英語2》(第二版)的精華內容；在結構上，遵循第二版的編排模式，即分為5部分：1．Integrated Skills Development(包含兩個對話和兩篇短文，還有一篇額外短文作為附加閱讀材料)；2．Applied Writing(主要介紹證書、旅遊廣告和邀請函及回函等涉外應用文的寫法，以及模擬套寫職場交際中常用的英文路標和路牌)；3．Pick up Your Grammar(盤活高中時所學語法，包括介紹一般現在時、現在進行時、現在完成時、將來時，比較過去式與完成式，介紹被動語態的現在時、過去時和現在完成時，介紹含情態動詞的被動語態，比較主動語態和被動語態，介紹復合賓語、雙賓語、名詞短語作量度狀語等)；4．Merry Learning(提供一篇幽默小笑話)；5．Words and Phrases(總結各單元的詞彙和短語)。
