龍超等編的《蒙古國林業發展和森林管理最佳實
踐報告（英文版）》為中國林業出版社2017年5月正
式出版的《蒙古國林業發展報告》的英文版。
本套叢書是國家林業局針對大中亞區域林業現狀
、國際合作、發展戰略及森林管理最佳實踐進行資料
、數據收集、分析的成果，提煉出該區域林業發展基
本情況，為今後我國開展與大中亞地區林業合作規劃
的制定提供重要決策參考。
本套叢書介紹了蒙古林業立法、政策、中長期發
展規劃、林業管理現狀、發展需求、制約因素、發展
趨勢、國際林業合作開展情況，提出中國與該經濟體
開展林業合作的領域、方式及活動建議；分析總結該
經濟體在荒漠化防治、森林火災防控、森林病蟲害防
治、生物多樣性保護、退化土地恢復、森林資源綜合
開發利用等方面的最佳實踐。
本套叢書在編制過程中，亞太森林恢復與可持續
管理組織（APFNet）牽頭組織，專門組建蒙古林業專
家組，收集第一手資料，進行撰寫工作。專家來自蒙
古環境和綠色發展部，書中數據詳實可靠，彌補了目
前一路一帶沿線國家林業資源及管理情況信息空白，
勢必為推進一路一帶林業合作規劃提供重要信息支撐
