曹志建著的《功能主義視角下的法律外宣文本翻
譯》梳理了我國司法外宣翻譯中存在的語用翻譯問題
、文化翻譯問題和語言翻譯問題，在德國功能學派提
出的功能主義翻譯理論與我國外宣翻譯實踐者與研究
者的經驗總結的基礎上，提出我國司法外宣翻譯工作
要以客觀公正地介紹我國司法工作現狀、消彌國際社
會的誤解為目的，提出我國司法外宣翻譯譯文的功能
主要為信息功能，兼有委婉的訴求功能，因而必須以
目標受眾為中心、符合目標受眾所在文化中的文化規
約和語言規則，采取靈活務實的工具型翻譯戰略。
