潘文著的《危機與機遇--歐盟經濟治理在2008金
融危機後的增強(英文版)/四川大學外國語學院學術
文叢》以2008年來的歐元區主權債務危機及歐盟的應
對；發展為背景，從歐洲一體化理論新功能主義和自
由政府間主義出發，選取歐盟為應對危機采取的三個
新措施：“歐洲學期”；歐洲繫統性風險委員會和歐
洲穩定機制為案例，一方面對這兩個歐洲一體化理論
的闡釋力;預測力進行檢驗並在現實發展的基礎上完
善和發展了已有的理論，另一方面對歐盟在危機中的
發展進行了較為科學和嚴謹的分析，展望歐盟當前及
今後經濟治理的總體發展趨勢。
