2021年4月15－21日，由北京市政府主辦，北京市文化和旅遊局、北京市平谷區政府承辦的第十六屆世界休閑大會在北京市平谷區舉辦。本屆世界休閑大會以“休閑提升生活品質”為主題，秉承全域全季、全民休閑的辦會理念，采取“線上+線下”相結合的舉辦模式，彙聚眾多國內外權威休閑專家，就大會主題發表演講，傳播休閑生活理念、共話世界休閑潮流，推動休閑領域蓬勃發展。該書即是本屆休閑大會國內外學者提交的論文集冊，包括多篇主題論文及多篇論文摘要，聚焦休閑城市與城市化、休閑與創新、休閑教育與休閑文化、休閑旅遊與接待、娛樂和休閑、青少年休閑、休閑與農業等休閑領域熱門話題，其作者發表了各自的研究與主張，體現了本次世界大會的國際水準，為推動首都及休閑業態蓬勃發展助威蓄力。
