李立、張清主編的這本《法學英語（Ⅱ第2版）
》的編寫宗旨在於通過日常生活中某些與法律相關
的熱點話題引導學生學習學術英語，以提升學生自
主學習的能力，使學生逐漸過渡到能用英語學習相
關專業課程。
本教材力爭做到與第一冊教材的承續，選取的
材料延續了第一冊話題的特點，依然為社會上有爭
議的熱點話題，通過呈現學生熱議的話題，充分調
動學生學習學術英語的興趣，培養學生在相關語境
